Russell- Where is your flaky friend? He refuses to call me back. Is he off the grid, out of business or in jail? I still have money but he would be VERY difficult to deal with. Is this property his? Rich waiting for call.

Honestly I am not sure. He told me he talked with you about a month ago but I have not spoke with him a while. We have went seperate ways on our deals. I am focusing more on bulk reo deals and he was looking at different thing that really did not interest me, but I thought he was still working and talking with you, I aplogize for him not contacting you.

I actually just got brand new ones that might interest you in Bonita springs area. I will email you them to you.
