I've had quite a bit of Midwest properties hit my desk recently, and I don't really have an established base of buyers who invest in the Midwest. With that being said, anyone interested in taking a look at what I have in the Midwest? If so, PM me with your contact information and which states, zip codes, etc. you're interested in.

Please see if you can fill this clients order for one client in Chicago

Location: Chicago and the surrounding towns in a 10 mile radius.
Property type: Single Family Home is their main target. They would ascertain multi-unit, but they have to be able to close quickly

Purchase amount: As much "REAL" property and NO notes as they can buy.
Discount: They want the property as cheap as they will come.They will not buy anything over 50% discount. They want values based on local Realtor BPO'S or HUD appraisals all within the last 90 days.

This particular client likes to source through an asset management company or investment bank firms that are hired for disposition. This client has not had success with private sellers.

Due diligence period: Normal time frame
