Bulk Tapes in Memphis, TN

Looking for a recent bulk reo tape in Memphis. Never bought big volume before but working with investor thats very close to signing deal with private equity fund.

Cant guarentee deal will happen but if you have access to the tape, i feel we are very close to the capital.

i am connected to a national title company that closes a large volume of bulk REOs. Additionally we do a lot of referring on both the buying and selling side as we have a network of clients for both. We have several direct seller mandates with access to billions of dollars worth of product nationwide. We have been involved bulk REO's for over 5 years and have a whole department that is specifically tailored to our investor clients.
