Are there any companies that can fund a Bulk REO purchase? (10M-25M)

There are end buyers in place, instead of taking a broker fee I'm looking for a money partner to proof up, take down and resell packages.

If you know a company that is willing to talk please let me know.

I thought it may be a tall order. I believe they will go down to 500K, they like to have 1M. Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

Our Turnkey Program only requires a 1M min. check out at our website. There is a buyers kit there if your interested.

Stacy,

You are looking for transactional funding. I can get it for you - $500k min., $5m max. Both sides of deal must be in place. 5% fee paid directly from 2nd closing - must be double close, simultaneous. Can provide POF for funds too when deal details provided (on a per deal basis).

No website for this. You can look me up and find me that way or request to add me as a colleague and we can discuss.

No POF's done upfront - they just get used and abused. Both sides of the deal need to be in place beforehand.
