400 properties selling in bulk...

Have a little over 400 properties that we need to sell in bulk. Properties are located in Michigan and Ohio. Most of our properties are only partially rehabbed. Depending on how many properties you are wanting to purchase, prices will be from $15,000 to $30,000. If you want a list of properties get in contact with me. I can only send 30 properties at a time.

Okay Brian,

I'll bite - send me what you have - I'll do the DD and see if anything is worth $15,000 to $30,000 in Michigan and Ohio. What kind of deeds are you going to convey and what is the time frame required for closings and conveying those deeds?

Did you get the list? ... No one ever mentions the back taxes... They can be as high as the property cost.

No response - and frankly, I didn't expect to get one. There are hundreds of quit claim properties available from multiple sources - MI all under $5k a door, OH under $6k a door - it is easy product to find!

There is a sticky at the top of the Bulk REO Group for posting success's in this field. Many are pretty vague!

As Greg said, most Bulk REO success stories have been quite vague, Kyle.
