We have an investor that purchases REO's for himself. He is also DIRECT to other REO Buyers interested in purchasing REO's Nationwide that he does not purchase.

The ONLY requirement we ask is that you be DIRECT to the Seller. Please "NO DAISY CHAINS," we simply do not have the time since we are interested only in RESULTS! Incidentally, you would be working DIRECTLY with our investor (Buyer) once you identify a Seller that meets the above criteria.

I´m Direct with one administrator/seller, see my topics on the REO Dealmaking Forum, Order the tapes, make your review and then give me the name of the buyer and address with his offer (only bid lists) Your buyer is direct with seller then.

Great point! However, we have found that it's okay to have an intermediary to the Buyer and/or Seller because that is what networking in real estate is all about, bringing both Buyer and Seller together with these types of deals.

Finally, considering our own experience, as well as that of other brokers we know, you cannot not have a "daisy chain" if you expect to close a deal - whether an REO, residential, or commercial loan portfolio, or any combinations thereof.

So I guess you are not looking to get paid on connecting the buyer and the seller?
