Wow Guys, sorry for the delay in response...busy lately.
So here's the scoop:
Adam and i buy NON Ca stuff and Adam just took down 400 homes in GA a few weeks back.
He doesn't want another full time job playing bulk REO.
He's looking for a a partner/team player who has the cash and is wiling to take down the stuff he doesn't want.
Basically, he can get more bang for his buck spending money in GA on homes for rentals than he can in CA.
Catch is, if he wants to keep getting goodies at the prices he wants, the supplier wants him to move CA too.
He wasn't happy, and didn't realize how much of a clown show this bulk REO thing is...
As for now, we have a buyer for what we have, and they've put money up and signed contracts already. We'll see if it all pans out-looks like it should.
Most likely this new buyer will be the portal for CA stuff moving forward, but we'll see.
Most likely this buyer will be the one to deal with so Adam and I can get back to kicking in walls, and rebuilding homes for buy/hold.
I don't spend every day on here and rarely check the forum, so email me and we can see what we can put forward.
Proofing will be done (on our end) through Fatco where he closed this stuff.
Moving forward, he will simply introduce you/your buyer to the appropriate party so they can close their own stuff.
Again, he and I have partnered up on some deals so we can buy hold and we don't want to have a full time job being conference call attendees if you know what I mean.
Again, he and I want to focus on OUR homes, not bulk reo, and yet he still has to make the bank and his other connections happy by moving the CA stuff too...
