Jon Holdman: Yes these are bulk reos that you can cherry pick. They are coming with Quit-Claim deeds, but you have the option of Specialty Warranty deeds.

Josh: I don't have any specific examples to give since we just started working with this group. But if you wanted to invest in Miami, FL (for example). You would register with me, I would then send addresses and lockbox codes. You come back and tell me if you would like to bid on any, and what the bid is, I submit the bid and we go from there.
