Real REO Packages, Will allow Cherry Picking

I have been working this game now for a long time, and I finally have a steady source of REO and NPN product. So I went to work full time there...( Rush Capital Fund, LLC) Yes, this is the Kenny Rushing Fund.

We only sell what we have in inventory, or what we have in contract to close. No brokering, no games, no disappearing deals. Just prove the ability to purchase and lets make a deal.

We do allow Cherry Picking, and have many REOs with Warranty Deeds.....Please, Cash Buyers only..

We can prove what we have, and there is more coming in all the time. Cash buyers only, we will even owner finance experienced buyers with exit strategy. ( 60% down, 5 points and 15%)

Lets get with real buyers, and continue selling these homes...We have a new batch now, with Pa, Wi, Az, Fl and Ohio...NPNs are available in 4 states, ....again, buyers only

Mike, I tried to send you a message on facebook last week and Kenny as well. Interested in speaking with you more my buyer is looking at a takedown price of 5 to 10 million. Tired of running into issues with sellers who do not have actually control of product. Let me know if you have the ability to assist or not. Hate to feel like I'm chasing you down I know your getting a nice commission check over there. :wink:

Sorry about the Delay Chris..

I am not on all these websites since I have been working with Kenny at Rush Capital Fund. And we do have real product, easy to prove and deals are closing with my name on them, so yes I have been getting some nice commission checks.

But the future looks better with the amount of deals we have yet to do. Call me at [phone number removed].... We have notes, REOs, and warranty deed homes presently in inventory.
More inventory coming in on a regular basis,
