Hello BP World,
Can anyone help me out? I have some small buyers looking to purchase small CA REO sfr tapes(preferably Southern CA) and they're looking to spend between $1 - $2Million and willing to pay up to $.70 on the dollar. I have sources, but they're tied up on other deals and these buyers want to close QUICKLY. Please e-mail me ASAP if you can help(LOI & POF on hand). Thanks in advance and best of luck to everyone.

My source can do that price range from 65-70% and 50M+ at 60% in Southern CA as long as we know who the buyer is so we can vet them. We have been getting nothing but people who can't perform, fraudulent POF's, and people misrepresenting themselves such as lawyers. We can't be bringing these people to our seller unless we know they are legit and can perform.
