I have private money that I have to invest from my trust fund. However I am having a tough time finding good deals in Cleveland OH. I am particularly interested in buying a bulk package. Anyone know of any good deals that I can put my money into here in the Cleveland/Akron OH market?

What are you looking for more specifically, bulk reos rentals, properties that need to be rehabbed or ones that are already rehabbed with tenants in place?

I am looking to buy property in the Cleveland area that need light to medium rehab. I plan on buying cheap, fixing cheap, putting tenants in them and selling as turn key investment property to other investors. From the proceeds of the sell I plan on using that money to buy property in the suburbs fix those up and sell retail.
