Bank of America Gets Pad Locked After Homeowner Forecloses On It.

That is a funny story. Steve Babiak posted it in the bulletins section the other day which is where I first saw it. You couldn't find it there anymore because it gets quickly drowned out by less important links being spammed.
It almost seems like a Saturday Night Live comedy sketch though ya know. I'm curious how they knew or decided which BofA branch to show up to.
THIS IS NOT A FORECLOSURE. It's an execution on I guess what could be called a judgment. This just smacks of sensationalism.
Shame on BofA for being so cavalier with a court order and more importantly shame on BofA's attorneys for putting them in this embarrassing situation.
I'm glad to hear that justice prevailed in this case. It just seems like Bank of America feels they can do almost anything.
Bank of America sucks and I will never do business with them... well, maybe to rip them off and buy a short sale feeling happy knowing full well they are losing a ton of $.
My first, and last, experience with Bank of America was when I was 14 years old.
11 years without doing business with BofA and plan to continue!
