Located in Denver, funding Colorado hard money loans is the sole focus of Forrest Financial Group. We arrange loans secured by commercial and investment real estate using private money, commonly known as hard money, rather than using institutional capital, i.e. money from banks, savings and loans, life insurance companies, etc. We are a direct hard money lender but also source loans for a small group of other private real estate investors. We can arrange loans from $50,000 to $10,000,000.

Forrest Financial does not have an “application fee” or “processing fee” or any other up-front charges or junk fees. As such, we won’t waste anyone’s time working on a loan we don’t think we can close. Your time is valuable and so is ours.
