No. Members can submit as many articles as they would like to the article directory.

• When creating a new forum topic, you'll see a checkbox on the form saying Notify me when a reply is posted. This box is selected by default. After creating a new topic, if you do not uncheck the box, you'll be notified by email whenever someone replies to your post.
• At any time you can subscribe to any forum threads on the forums that interest you by selecting the checkbox at the top of that thread next to "Monitor Topic".

The volume of articles submitted to the site vary from week to week. Typically, articles are approved within a week of submission. If your article hasn't been approved, then the odds are it hasn't met our Article Author Guidelines or our stringent quality standards.

Any member can submit an article. There are no other requirements other than to have a quality article that you want to share about real estate.
