I tried to help out some new people. But seems a lot want to start big and only care about getting their cut. Others want to do big but not do all the leg work that is needed but think that everyone else should and they just set a price to be paid. I at least think some should start in Residential RE, small houses, just to get a feel of it But I see some just look at "how to make the big bucks" and will not care about how everyone else in a transaction gets rewarded as well. Lol, lot of jibber jabber from me lol. Have fun
