This is a real simple one people. Flippers with at least 2-3 years experience will see themselves here, and nod their heads. They know exactly whatâ€™s what when it comes to what they do and what their real estate investor buddies do.

Reminds me of someone on BP. I cant disagree more either. Flipping is still investing, speculation plays are still investing. There is no ONE way to INVEST!

I could not disagree with any article more than I do this one. His assertion that if one does not hold for a long time period, than you will never really prosper is off based. I think to boldly state, that if you do not do what I do, than you are worng is a poor way to conduct yourself.
