Jon - sounds promising, you done any deals involving syndication?

Chances are you'll go far if you get in with the right bunch of fellows. Syndication beats REITs with all their overhead and risk/reward limitation features. Of course, you must do your own due diligence on syndication too, but not on every single aspect of the deal. Teamwork utilizes all the members' strengths working in harmony.
