Commercial property market to hit bottom in 2010

The econmy overall does seem to have the ability to cycle faster in recent times. Doesn't look like it now, but we could be blowing and going in a year.

After reading this article, I think it is way off. In my opinion, I think we have yet to see the bottom for commercial. And with the expected defaults upcoming, the values have to drop. But then again, who am I.
