Most U.S. cities saw gains in the median prices of single-family homes sold during the three months ended Sept. 30, according to the National Association of Realtors. This is the second consecutive quarter of gains.

Pretty interesting. I really have concerns about the numbers and how the numbers are now being formulated. I also find it interesting that the rise from last quarter was $7000. To close to the $8000 amount of free money being offered. I hope this is not a factor in the rising prices.
