If the housing bubble began during the Clinton administration, it can be blamed on the Democrats and their efforts to expand homeownership to people who, in some cases, may not have been quite ready for it.

half joking with the 'i blame all the NINJA's' comment ... still comes down to buyers who didn't educate themselves before buying properties they couldn't afford - banking on limitless appreciation .... have a feeling this will happen again during my life - maybe twice or more!
