In declaring the recession â€œunofficiallyâ€ over, Fannie Maeâ€™s monthly economics and mortgage market analysis predicts the economy will achieve reasonable growth in the fourth quarter of this year.

I think it is typical. One of the biggest factors in the recession, is calling an end. I am just really glad they let us know. Because I make all of my financial plans based on the actions of Fannie Mae.
