Starting Monday, the Federal Housing Administration is changing a rule that may allow more people to get into foreclosed homes.

I have some comments on an similar article that this is going to allow all cash investors to get priorty over the homeowner, thus effectively pricing the homeowner out of the market. Therefore they are encouraging everyone to not buy any properties from any investors. If that attitude catches on it could pose a backlash of problems.

This is good news, but there may be a backlash against investors who outbid the would-be homeowner because of his "greed".
