I agree Harrison. Not a fan myself as I think the fundamentals have been bad there for decades. Foreclosed homes are not even the root of the problem there and that should be a huge concern for investors. I wouldn't take a home for free there, regardless of this article.

I am not a fan of the Detroit market, and probably would not take a home there if you gave it too me. (Sorry) However, I know a lot of people that are investing there, and thought this might be good news for those of you who do.
