BiggerPockets Users and Members -

Last night at midnight during a routine reboot, our servers failed to come back online. Our database drives have failed and it appears that our backups are useless. We have managed to restore data from October, but nothing more recent, and it does not appear to be complete.

We are at the hands of the hardware manufacturer who designed the hard drive array controller (the database server runs on several hard drives and the controller manages all the data between them), and we are hoping that they will be able to help us recover all of our data. If they cannot, we will likely be forced to utilize a company that specializes in data recovery to get the data back.

Until then, BiggerPockets will likely remain offline.

This is the most difficult day in our 7+ year history, and right now we really need all of your support.
