It is probably the largest, privately owned parcel of vacant land left this close to downtown Los Angeles. The property has spectacular 20+ mile views and the land to the north and west is state owned parkland, so no more development can be done around it. A perfect location to build a one of kind, top of the world estate, which would probably be the largest private estate in Los Angeles, offering total privacy and security while still being conveniently located to everything that Los Angeles has to offer.
