This is a GREAT location, but it's currently setup as lower income housing and that' ok, but the experience is not the same as my &quot;plan&quot;. It's simply not what I want to do. My plan is to replace most of the windows because the building uses 4,500 gallons of heating oil now. We've also upgraded some doors, will refinish most of the tubs and surrounds, have changed it to &quot;smoking outside only,&quot; etc. My plan is to bring it up a full &quot;level&quot; and sell it, but am willing to sell it at any point along the way, for the right price.  </description>
