Exterior:
Two Story Duplex home, cream colored, with green accents, Aluminum sided, siding is in good condition. This condo/ duplex home is in the middle of two other condo homes. There is no real front yard or back yard. Parking is in available in the area. Both condos on either side are in good condition.
Interior:
Living room is large and has tan carpet, in great condition and white walls and trim. The dining room is equally large and has a completely mirrored wall, tan carpet and white walls. The kitchen is in great shape with linoleum flooring and wood cabinets, counter tops and a double sink. There are two bedrooms in this condo; the first is on the first floor, tan carpet, white walls.
