Investors Who Do vs. Investors Who Don’t

I was thinking about the rationale behind investing in all things, especially Real Estate. The motivating factor is of course, making money. What I’d like to figure out is what makes one person act and another sit around waiting to act. The fear factor is obviously an important aspect.
