Although the focus of our site is on direct investing in real estate, we will not ignore other options. Using REITs to be successful as an investor is a great option. I found a nice article that explains REITs in a concise simple way.
I’ve personally enjoyed seeing dividends from REIT investments, which are usually much higher then even the best income investments.
