Housing Market Starting to Turn in Hottest Cities

NewsFlash:

Real-estate economist and hedge-fund manager Ken Rosen of Rosen Real Estate Securities tells Stacey Delo that the housing market is already turning in Las Vegas and San Diego, and that the hotter areas are likely to see a correction by next year.

Yes, the long bull market is over.Its just because of the long time frames in real estate that this fact has not really been noted by the general public. Buy December or January it should be front page news!
