However if the government doesn't make grants for homes and commercial businesses it will continue the way it is going. However more and more homes are using energy efficient windows. Steel buildings can be efficient also contrary to popular beliefs but it's all about informing the public and helping them make the choices. Yes it is a shame to see it going the way it is.
