An investor’s experience at foreclosure auction
by Joshua Dorkin on March 2, 2006
I was just peeking around other real estate blogs to see what’s been going on. In doing so, I found a great post at Creative Real Estate. The post was about the experience of an investor at auction for the first time. It is great for anyone who is interested in seeing what the auction experience is like. That said, take a look at foreclosure auctions.
