Finding, Borrowing and Loaning Money with Prosper.com

by Joshua Dorkin on March 5, 2006

In case you’ve ever considered getting into the other side (there are many other sides, aren’t there?) of real estate, you can become a certified hard-money lender with the help of Prosper.com, a site started by the founder of E-Loan.com. We were recently introduced to the site by Shaun’s Real Estate Adventures, and according tp Shaun, it seems like they’ve got a pretty good system going. We’ll keep an eye on this one.

Eveyone wants more money, and it is often just sitting there in front of our faces. We just need to know where to look for it. All states keep records of unclaimed funds. I recommend locating your state, and seeing if there is anything just waiting for you to step up and grab. I found that most of my family had unclaimed funds, and of course, like a good family member, let everyone know of the prizes awaiting them.
