Houston Real News.com posed five questions to Richard Davis, the President of Trademark Properties, from the A&E Show, Flip this House. Although he did not respond directly, they got a few good answers from Ginger Alexander, their investment coordinator.

I want to point out that this is a serious company. It is not your average joe investor trying to filp properties. I was wowed to hear that they work on between 2 and 20 rehabs at a time. Certainly a big-time operation! Read the interview and learn a bit more about these guys.

I watched the episode of Flip this House in which Shoeless Joe Jackson’s house was moved and set up as a museum. On this episode Josh Hamilton was also highlighted, his baseball skills, his problem with drugs, and his return to baseball. Yesterday I watched the Opening Day game for the Cincinnati Red, I am a big fan. I had read in the paper that morning that Josh was playing for the Reds. When he came out to pinch hit, he got a standing ovation from the fans. He hit the ball solidly, but the left fielder caught it. He then went in to play left field, again to a standing ovation. What a wonderful day it was for the Reds, and especially for Josh. I am so proud to be a fan of the team that is giving Josh his chance to fulfill his dreams, and proud of the Cincinnati for giving him such a great ovation. I hope Richard was at Great American Ball Park to see his friend’s dream come true. Susan

I love the business plan that trademark properties and richard davis run their business by. They know before they purchase the property they are going to make a profit, and then work within a budget to make sure that they bank roll on the house. Ginger is a house flipping genies

It’s extremely inspiring to know that they use 30 or more in house agents for selling their properties. You talk about a powerful force! That right there highlights the importance of building a strong and dedicated team. Sounds like they have very little concern about any inventory.

Obviously, these numbers took a lot of time and effort to achieve, but look at their overall profit margins now. I can only imagine what it will be like to reach that point some day. Thanks for the motivation!
