The Battle for the World’s Skies

by Joshua Dorkin on March 26, 2006

That’s right folks. The land of the Rising Sun and tragic earthquakes will soon hold the World’s Tallest Tower, a 1,970 foot television and radio transmission tower. I’ve been thinking about the battle for the sky lately, and I think it is interesting that the rest of the world, most notably Asia is in a serious battle for the tallest skyscraper. I see an awful lot of red and yellow on that list . . . hmm. I wonder why old glory can’t compete in this arena anymore?
