Cool Tool for Finding Market Rents - RentSlicer

Reading the Dollar Fun Blog, I came upon a great tool for landlords. RentSlicer is a pretty good mashup “Web 2.0″ site that integrates Google Maps and listings from Craigslist. The site extracts data to provide average market rents for an area. The site has many cool features, like breaking down average rent prices for 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms in a city, or finding the cheapest and most expensive neighborhood markets in a city.

The site currently covers the following cities: Baltimore, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle.

We’ll keep an eye on this one!
