BusinessWeek just published their list of the 10 Healthiest Housing Markets. The list, in order, is:

1. Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News (VA-NC)
2. Portland – Vancouver – Beaverton (OR – WA)
3. Tampa – St.Petersburg – Clearwater (FL)
4. Eugene – Springfield (OR)
5. Orlando (FL)
6. Los Angeles – Long Beach – Santa Ana (CA)
7. Phoenix – Mesa – Scottsdale (AZ)
8. Philadelphia – Camden – Wilmington (PA – NJ – DE – MD)
9. Hagerstown – Martinsburg (MD – WV)
10. Norwich – New London (CT)
