We mapped the listings, added sales data, school info, and demographics. Craigslist on steroids, is the way I think of it.The site is really for communication between realtors and the public. We have a poster similar to Postlets, but with much more functionality. This is what the beta testers are for. When I was a realtor, I built myself a posting application, and received very good results, so we ported it to an application that others can use, and we hope others have good results.
