Actually, it is a new building in the middle of Studio City, CA. The building used to be a regular strip mall, but the owners decided to build a Russian nightclub on the second floor and altered the building to look like this. The occupants on the first floor include an eyeglass shop, makeup store, and a pizza restaurant. I'm baffled that the locals allowed this to be built. It really sticks out like a sore thumb, especially since the rest of the neighborhood businesses exist in "normal looking" buildings.

LOL. Los Angeles. Could be anywhere.Totally different subject, but there's this home pricing comparison thing at coldwellbanker.com that I was curious to find your take on. Is it accurate, worthwhile, etc.

I’m guessing. Los Angeles.
