It’s finally here! The holidays are upon us, and I thought it was an appropriate time to wrap the year up for you all!

We’ve come a long way this year, and I’m proud to say that we’ve had the opportunity to help out tens of thousands of investors! To everyone who helped us out here at BiggerPockets.com Real Estate Investing Community, I want to thank you! You have helped to make our site and forums some of the premiere destinations for real estate investors.

We’ve got a lot of great new things planned for 2007, and we can’t wait to share everything with you! Stay tuned!

For the next 2 weeks or so, we’ll be here, but the blog updates will likely be a bit spotty. I’m taking a well-deserved holiday break, and spending some quality time with my new wife!

That said, I’d like to wish everyone a safe holiday season and a prosperous and healthy 2007!
