The best I've found by far is www.cohomefinder.com. They have a lot more intuitive search options than the others. I really like the google like search box on where you can search on any phrase in the listing, something I've never seen on a real estate site that just makes sense! Since I have been out here in CO it was tough at first to find a good web site which did not have outdated information. It seems realtor.com is about 2-4 weeks out dated from metro list since they are not affiliated. Automated Homefinder may be great I have not heard about it prior to this posting.
