I just started a residential rental business in Washington DC, Nomadic Real Estate, and I’ve been reevaluating my goals all through the process. I’ve noticed as every task takes longer than I’d like them to, I have to change the time frame of a lot of my goals. Either way, it is always helpful to get some motivation and read other posts about people doing the same things.

My goal is to unload my darn house! The market where I live is so soft right now that I’ve lowered the price twice and I’m still not getting offers. I’ve already moved and I’m going to end up paying two mortgages. Any sage advice for me?
