To all the blog people as well as the BiggerPockets users, I thank you as well. As Josh said, I have contributed to the BiggerPockets forums for a while now and the reason I favor this site over the "others" is because I appreciate how Josh keeps the site free of spam and "Grand Standing." Honesty and fairness are HUGE to me and in the real estate investment world...Those are sometimes hard to find. Josh has always displayed both to me and the users here.
