Introducing Jim Watkins, the DFW Mentor

Jim WatkinsI just wanted to briefly introduce our blog’s newest contributor, Jim Watkins.

Jim has been a long-time member of BiggerPockets.com and has been a respected contributor to our forums. He started investing in pre-foreclosures and has since become an expert in the area and in other real estate investing strategies. Jim has been teaching real estate investment in Texas since 2004, and provides a mentoring service for individuals and groups interested in learning real estate.

We’re excited to have him on board and hope that you give him the welcome he deserves.

Thank you Josh for your generous introduction.

To all the blog people as well as the BiggerPockets users, I thank you as well.
As Josh said, I have contributed to the BiggerPockets forums for a while now and the reason I favor this site over the “others” is because I appreciate how Josh keeps the site free of spam and “Grand Standing.”
Honesty and fairness are HUGE to me and in the real estate investment world…Those are sometimes hard to find. Josh has always displayed both to me and the users here.
So thank you once again and I look forward to contributing to the site for a long time to come!
