Today, CBS Network Radio News out of New York and KNX News Radio 1070 in Los Angeles, the premiere radio news station in Southern California, aired an interview with me, Joshua Dorkin, as founder of BiggerPockets.com, about the ongoing Housing Crisis.
I was contacted because of a new report that shows that the mortgage crisis is having a real impact on housing related jobs in the State of California, and I talked about how homeowners facing foreclosure and the ruination of their credit rating might be able to take advantage of real estate investors to help bail them out. The report aired throughout the afternoon on KNX in the Southwest, and Nationally on all CBS stations carrying the network news.

Congratulations Joshua! I wish you many more media spots. -Jason
Talk about incredible free press!! Congratulations on notching up that one.
Congratulations on the interview! Wish it was on a better topic. There are areas in Kansas City that are down over 50% in sales volume.
Way to go Josh!
Do you actively pursue media spots? I have heard this is a good way to get free advertising.
Way to go Joshua. Your site biggerpockets.com must have experienced in traffic, eh? Nice.

Congratulations! It must be very flattering to be invited to speak on the condition of the real estate market.
I’ve just recently come across your website, and I must say it is very impressive! I look forward to returning, as I’ve already bookmarked it!
Yes, congrats Joshua on the pub. It could be a little while before things shake out.
