Welcome to the board Joshua!

There are never enough lawyers when it comes to real estate. And I genuinely mean that. Every deal I have ever done was reviewed by a real estate attorney before closing.
As I say to my students on the subject of lawyers… “You never realize how much you love lawyers…Until you need one.”
I look forward to your posts.

A great and magnanimous article! You really know the real deal about the real estate game. Your forecast of the future is convincing, better yet, if you say go red, I’m betting on red.

Keep up the good work of disseminating information like this Josh. Your information is truly a “commodity”. If you’re not on the inside of information, you’re…on the out…and pity the fool who’s not plugged into Bigger Pockets.
