		<description>Wow, I am suprised that the court sided with the little guy.  Normally the little guy gets the shaft no matter what.  But then again perhaps the little guy did get the shaft since she got all the legal bills to defend against this.</description>

While it would appear that the woman got a good deal, I really feel bad for her.
She lost her husband in the deal and I would think the price she paid emotionally, while going through all of those courts and trials... She deserved more than the house.
Great story though and its great to see she won.</description>
