The kids probably could've lived better... but the poor conditions that you described aren't (or weren't) necessarily life threatening. Hopefully those childrens' development hasn't been too negatively affected; and that they are doing better now.. That’s a rather sad story… not a great read to start the day!

Nearly 6 1/2 years ago. I appreciate the concern but I don't appreciate the comment about having any conscience at all. Considering the timeline & the fact that I approach homeowners with the intention of saving their home for them. I think that puts me in a unique group of investors that DO have a conscience.
