It's why I see tenants today with messy habits- they were raised that way!90% of tenants I see have a serious problem with messes. Nearly 6 1/2 years ago. I appreciate the concern but I don't appreciate the comment about having any conscience at all. Considering the timeline & the fact that I approach homeowners with the intention of saving their home for them. I think that puts me in a unique group of investors that DO have a conscience.
