We had plenty a while before Christmas, and some of it was still around. The major snow storm that hit just recently was great. I had to show a house in it. I was beyond suprised that my clients drove out. They lived about an hour east of Howell, but on that snowy day it took them 2 hours to get to the home in Howell. What a journey. In the end I can't be upset about working in that weather, because this Friday they will sign papers renting their house out. Then we will write an offer on a home here in Howell.
