What frustrates me is the high cost of food. I believe that a lot of that has to do with the ethanol craze driving up the price of corn, which drives up the cost of many foods AND animal feed. We started her a blog and do youtube videos on all of the properties she lists along with really enhanced listings with big pictures. The baby boomers need to realize the importance of marketing online, and its continued growth. I'm 28, and realize that one day more and more people will be searching online (in a more efficient way) and they need to leverage this with better marketing online. fortunately in Pittsburgh, real estate prices are on the rise, so the agents that are at the forefront of the Internet are the ones that are capitalizing. In other words, the more sophisitcated you are about real estate and the internet, the better you'll do. Real estate is all about marketing, and online marketing should be spent an hour a day, everyday. Great article.
